shipping policy

Our processing time for orders depends on product type, but we aim to have all in-stock products shipped out within 2 days after your order. During high-volume seasons, this delay may take up to 5 days.

We offer FREE Standard shipping on all orders. This offer is only valid for customers in the United States. Some exclusions may apply. No coupon code necessary, just choose "Free Standard Shipping" in the dropdown shipping options!


We ship worldwide! 

All duties and taxes/customs expenses are the customer's responsibility and will not be paid by Command Cosmetics.

Please be aware that if you refuse your package due to having to pay duties and/or taxes you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Your shipping costs will not be able to be refunded.


We cannot currently offer free shipping to any countries outside of the United States. While you may be able to select free shipping, we will not be able to ship non-domestic orders for free and will have to contact you to pay for shipping fees. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change your order or to change the address of the order before it gets shipped out. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at as soon as you can. If it is after our business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-9pm PST) you will need to call us as soon as possible the following day. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Once packages leave our facility, Command Cosmetics is no longer responsible for packages being delivered. If you have any issues with the delivery of your items, please contact customer service at, and we will do our best to get in touch with the postal carrier to make things right.

We love contributing to our country, so we ship all of our items via the United States Postal Service (USPS) when possible. Due to USPS policies, we cannot "guarantee" delivery of your purchase if you choose this shipping method. If there is a problem with the delivery of your package, please contact customer service at, and we will make things right.

Please allow additional time for delivery using standard shipping.

There are no options for Sunday delivery at this time.

Returns & exchanges

Customer service is one of the pillars of Command Cosmetics- and we want to make sure that you love every purchase you make from us. You are our main priority- so if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 20 days of receipt and we will make it right by issuing you a refund or replacement. 

We don't do "exclusions". No items are excluded.

Buyer is responsible for paying any shipping fees to return the product if necessary. Please allow up to two weeks for your request to be processed.

We're humans here. That's what makes us so special. But it also comes with the risk of mistakes. Should you receive the wrong order or items, email us.
